Due to the increasing number of students and the resulting increased space requirements of the Technical University of Ingolstadt, a 3-storey seminar building has to be built.
This includes a total of 5 lecture halls, 2 laboratories / PC pools, staff rooms (= offices) with a total of 21 workstations, an open entrepreneurship area on the ground floor with associated offices (a total of 6 workstations) as well as meeting rooms and various ancillary rooms.
The building must go into operation in the winter semester 2021/22.
Due to the short planning and execution deadlines, the building is to be built using a modular design.
Construction methods in wood, hybrid and steel module construction are permitted.
The service includes planning and turnkey construction of the building in modular design including all trades (including technical building equipment), as well as including all necessary planning services from service phase 5.
