Scope plot

The Tenderer is responsible for the preservation and restoration of 7 500 pieces in such a way that digitization can be carried out.

The purpose of the contracting authority is to select and contract a candidate to perform the restoration services. The work must take place in the period from the award to the 31.12.2024.

The total photo project comprises an estimated 300,000 items (individual photos, photo albums, photos on sheets, panels). The expectation is to allow a total of 10% to be able to restore 30,000 items for which a total budget is available of EUR 400,000.00 excluding VAT. This tender consists of four (4) lots. Each individual plot consists of:

- around 7 500 pieces to be preserved and restored,

- a parcel budget of EUR 100,000.00 excluding VAT.
