Description:

The subject of the order are construction works as part of the task conducted "Reconstruction - renovation of the reservoir - Kozieława pond, located in the forestry of Rudziniec, branch 184 in the area managed by the Forest District Kędzierzyn."

The reservoir with adjacent devices is located on the watercourse of the Łącza characterized by continuous water supply. The reservoir and the adjacent area show secondary bogging, which is the result of the lack of patency of the watercourse and the lack of proper capacity of existing buildings. In the existing state at elevated states, there is an uncontrolled flow through the reservoir dike.

Basic tank design parameters:

- area total: 5.67 ha

- area lagoon (water surface): 5,22 ha

- average depth: 1.85m

- volume (reservoir volume): 61 596.00 m3

- normal damming level (NPP): 204.75 m above sea level

- bottom elevation from the frontal causeway: 202.80 m above sea level

- bottom elevation from the power supply side: 203.80 m above sea level

The following works are planned to be carried out in the area covered by the project in question:

• Reconstruction of the Łączka (Przykopa) watercourse trough from km 7 + 217.00 to km 7 + 052.49, from km 7 + 663 to km 7 + 653 as well as in the reservoir part from km 7 + 235.55 to km 7 + 653

• Reconstruction of an open ditch constituting the outflow section from the overflow 2 to the Łączka watercourse at a length of 45.00 m

• Reconstruction of the tank structure: transfer no. 1 with dimensions 2x diameter 1000 mm - rebuild into overflow with element. reinforced concrete. with 2.5x2.5m light, partly limited by building in the bottom element with concrete and heavy stone cover, inlet chamber to the culvert: 2.5x1.8m light, side wall thickness 0.5m, front wall 0.6m, in the front wall in in order to enable emptying of the tank, it is planned to build recesses for 2 channels of C-profiles, in the right side wall to provide biological flow during filling the tank, a 300 mm steel pipe will be installed; Spillway No. 2 with 1x 800 mm diameter - rebuild into an overflow with element. reinforced concrete. with 2.5x1.5m light, inlet chamber for the culvert: 2.5x1.4m light, side wall thickness 0.5m, front wall 0.5m, in the front wall on the ordinate 204.85 m above sea level a trapezoidal overflow will be made with a width of 1 , 00 m on the bottom with a slope of 1: 1. The upper edge of the spillway will be made on an ordinate of 205.15 m above sea level.

• Construction of a fish pass, 223 m long, slope: max 1:20, consisting of: open channel (trapezoidal section, at a constant depth of 1.2 m, width at the bottom of 1 m, slope 1: 3, reinforced bottom 20 cm layer of river rubble and irregularly arranged pebbles or crushed stone, 0.5 m in diameter, embedded in hydrotechnical concrete, to ensure variability of water flow directions - heavy stone wheels with spacing every 2 m); resting chambers (3 pcs, length 10m, minimum water depth 0.6m, width at the bottom 2.2m, slope 1: 2, construction like an open cortex); reinforced concrete elements in the body of the reservoir's dike - connecting the reservoir with the fish pass (place of passage from an open channel with a width of 8.2 m, at the end of the concrete element a abutment will be made also allowing permanent, tight connection of the geomembrane, all reinforced concrete elements will be made on site on a previously prepared foundation from a clinker 6-20 mm thick with a thickness of 0.4 m after compaction, the thickness of the external walls will be from 0.3 to 0.4 m, the width of the light of the fish pass will be 1.0 m, inside - partition walls 0.2 m thick , in the walls: staggered overflows with dimensions of 0.3x0.3m, the difference in the water level in individual chambers is 0.1m, in the existing road the fish ladder will be a 1x1.3m culvert with abutments and railings, in the place of extension of the dam - open chamber covered with WEMA gratings, an inlet opening of 0.30x0.25 m will be made in the front wall)

• Reconstruction of the canopy of the reservoir - earthworks (silt removal of the reservoir - removal of spoil so as to ensure the possibility of storing 61,596 m3 of water for NPP, profiled slopes, slope 1: 3, sown with a grass mixture, frontal dyke strengthened in the base with a 2x12-14 pole cm behind the stakes fi 10-12 cm long 1.2 m spaced every 0.5 m)

• Renovation of the road (on the crown of the dike, length 177m, width 3m, installation of a drainage layer 10 cm thick, covered with geotextile, bottom layer 30 cm - stone crushed 31.5-63 mm, top layer 10 cm - stone crushed 0-31, 5 mm)

• Fire water intake - for drawing water from the Larsen walls, from the underside of the frontal causeway, in the form of a recess 13.3x 8.68x9.44m, with a cavity cover with stone textured concrete 15 cm with mesh reinforcement, medium 8 mm for 10x10 cm meshes.

• Construction of a fire service yard - to enable water intake and movement of fire brigade vehicles - widening of the existing road over a length of 50m to width 6m (form of a niche with an area of 370m2), square parameters as for road repair

• Removal of spoil for dump - with self-unloading vehicles at an average distance of up to 1 km
