Through an open procedure, the Board of Education acquires the maintenance and further development service of the KOSI, State Grant, General Purpose Services and the Education Administration's Diploma Enrollment System. The Board of Education selects one of the most economically advantageous offers overall and contracts with the provider who made the tender to supply the services included in the tender offer. The anticipated value of the acquisition exceeds the EU threshold of Article 26 of the Public Procurement and Concessions Act.

The service under the acquisition has been competitive in 2016. The contract period is set to expire in December 2022. Currently, maintenance and further development service is provided by a single ICT supplier.
