The awarding authority's intention is to get into place the necessary framework agreement for the hire of site machines with equipment and lorries for transporting matter for the municipalities as well as allowing for efficient hire routines.

Lillehammer and Øyer municpality would each like to enter into a contract with a site machine contractor.

Gausdal municipality would like parallel framework agreements with 3 suppliers for each machine group and lorries where the suppliers are ranked from 1 to 3. Assignment with an estimated contract value of up to 150 000 NOK excluding VAT will be offered to the supplier ranked no. 1. If supplier no. 1 cannot take on the assignment, it will go to supplier no. 2 etc. For deliveries with an estimated contract value of more than 150 000 NOK, the delivery will be awarded after a mini-competition between the suppliers that were awarded a framework agreement. The award for this type of assignment can be made on the basis of a fixed price tender and delivery time.

Assignments with an estimated value of more than 500 000 NOK can fall outside the framework agreement and can be announced on Doffin.
