The overall purpose of the evaluation is to get a better understanding of what constitute successful policy dialogues on gender equality in different contexts and contribute to the improvement of the policy dialogue as an instrument in development cooperation.

A short survey of 12 countries will be followed by in-depths mapping of 4 Countries (Guatemala, DR. Congo, Tanzania and Turkey).
