In individual cases, discussions can also take place on the premises of the German Pension Insurance (DRV) in 47051 Duisburg. This is the support during customer discussions to clarify the ability to work.

The JobCenter Essen currently has various locations in the city of Essen.

During the opening hours of the JobCenter Essen, language mediators can be commissioned by the specialists of the JobCenter for individual orders for the following situations:

- Complex issues have to be clarified

- Binding agreements may have to be made

- Conflictual and/or particularly (culturally) sensitive conversations must be conducted

- Socio-cultural background knowledge must be imparted

- Country-specific differences should be explained

- Compensation in case of communication disorders is required

- There is a perception that it is not helpful or even a hindrance to involve relatives, acquaintances or voluntary support.

The interviews take place either in the consulting offices of the respective locations or in the offices of the JobCenter employees or, in individual cases, to clarify earning capacity on the premises of the German Pension Insurance in Duisburg.

In addition, if necessary, voice mediators can also be added to the scheduled customer calls in the context of telephone conferences after prior booking. In the case of telephone conferences, the language mediators used then carry out the conversations on the premises of the contractor for reasons of data protection.
