The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal services in the Kazimierz Biskupi Commune, entitled "Collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Kazimierz Biskupi Municipality from properties where residents live, in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024" in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996.
