The action system will consist of:1. Media campaigns for the general public or targeted at specific populations that can be declined in non-media media 2. Creation, updates, maintenance of websites gathering reference information for the target populations.3. The creation of digital tools that can be promotional and advertising but also editorial, servicial or fun and interactive. They must be consulted primarily on mobile devices and can be declined for all uses.4. Animation of devices on social networks (community management).5. Non-media actions: information documents disseminated in the places of life and / or through relay structures intervening towards the target audiences, audio and video tools, brochures, posters ... 6. The construction of media partnerships and the production of content necessary for the press promotion of social marketing devices, if necessary.7. Budget monitoring of all actions carried out including the realization and provision of an annual review of the actions/supports carried out as well as a financial balance sheet
