The new building project is located on the "FleinerTor" site, which is surrounded to the north by Rollwagstraße, to the east by Wilhelmstraße, to the south by Cäcilienstraße and to the west by Bergstraße. The new building is to be built on the corner of Bergstraße and Rollwagstraße.

Depending on the available financial resources, the construction project may have to be implemented in two construction phases. In this respect, the possibility of implementation in two parts of the building must be ensured during planning.

The construction costs (KG 300 /400) amount to approx. € 32 million gross.

The pro rata costs of KG 310 amount to approx. € 3.3 million gross.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the 3rd quarter of 2027.

The measure is to be implemented in the BIM method.

The Sustainable Building Assessment System (NBB) guideline must be applied. A certification in silver is sought.
