The subject of the contract is the implementation of the next stage of construction works on the building of the Moszczenica Bath. A space will be created m.in for meetings, conferences, offices or co-working, as well as for commemorating libertarian ideas related to the Solidarity movement.

A facility with an area of approx. 6000 m2 will be developed. As part of the contract, works consisting in the reconstruction of part of the building of the mining baths (central and southern part of the building) of the former Moszczenica Mine into the Post-industrial Heritage Center "Łaźnia Moszczenica" together with the development of the area around this building – Stage II of the investment (stage I is currently being implemented by a separate contractor).

Stage II of the investment includes plots: 787/14, 956/14, 1047/7.

The scope of basic works includes, in particular:

A Land development works:

- execution of paved surfaces,

- making a retaining wall along the border of the plot,

- making a retaining wall next to the building with stairs,

- making the entrance to the building with stairs and a ramp,

- assembly of elements of small architecture (benches, waste bins, bicycle racks),

- installation of the fence,

- making a lawn and planting greenery.

B General construction works in the scope of the building:

- demolition and preparatory works,

- earthworks,

- reinforced concrete works,

- masonry works,

- works in the field of window and door joinery,

- works in the field of roof renovation,

- interior finishing works,

- external finishing works,

- installation of equipment,

C Electrical installations:

- installation of plug sockets,

- lightning protection system,

- lighting installation,

- LAN installation,

- CCTV system,

- SSP installation,

D Sanitary installations

- plumbing,

- central heating installations,

- mechanical ventilation,

- installation of air conditioning,

- external installations, water supply, sanitary sewerage and rainwater drainage.

Within the scope of this contract, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with complete as-built documentation together with statements and documents necessary to obtain a positive acceptance protocol by the sanitary services and the Fire Brigade and to report the completion of works at PINB.
