The Handwerkskammer Hannover intends to modernize the buildings [B] and [C] energetically at Campus Handwerk in Garbsen, Seeweg 4.

The construction project involves the modernization of a guest house with about 4 500 m 2 distributed over 2 three-storey existing buildings and a new building in between,

The atrium.

Depending on the component, the construction work will be staggered in stages: Component [B] since 10/2017, component [C] from 06/2019. The new intermediate construction will start from 03/2019.

The atrium receives underfloor heating on the ground floor.

For each component [B] and [C]:

- Ground floor: approx. 550 m 2 tempered cement screed on thermal insulation alukaschiert with edge strips,

- per floor: approx. 550 m 2 Cement screed on impact sound insulation 8 mm with edge strips,

- Design of bathrooms in small areas under 5 m 2 ,

Atrium:

- about 330 m 2 Heating screed on thermal insulation with edge strips,

- about 250 m 2 Cement screed on impact sound insulation with edge stripes.
