The need is to provide a new, unique medical imaging sharing service in the Grand Est region. This system will be based on the provision of a dedicated portal for healthcare professionals and a portal dedicated to patients allowing them to access medical imaging produced in the Grand Est region and wherever it is. The service will also need to offer outsourced storage at a health data host for establishments that wish to do so.
