The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL.

Scope of orders/services: possible order/orders will consist in repeating similar services being the subject of these proceedings, i.e. the subject of the contract will be: collection and management of municipal waste from properties inhabited by residents and from PSZOK in the Lisia Góra Commune.

Order volume: The total value of such orders can be up to 50% of the value of the basic contract.

Conditions under which they will be awarded: the contract will be awarded, e.g. in the event of prolongation of the tender procedure for the following years, termination/termination of the contract with the Contractor providing the waste collection service in the following years, exhaustion of the maximum amount allocated for the implementation of this contract – while maintaining the above-mentioned permissible total value of contracts
