Description:
Delivery of four liquid chromatographs with tandem mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) with instrumentation and software for Provincial Veterinary Inspectorates

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of four liquid chromatographs with a tandem mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) together with instrumentation and software for the Provincial Veterinary Inspectorates, listed in Chapter I of the SWZ.

2. A detailed description and method of performance of the subject of the contract is specified respectively in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ constituting the Description of the subject of the contract and in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ constituting the Proposed provisions of the contract.

3. The subject of the contract shall include the execution of delivery, installation with lifting and commissioning, while providing all consumables necessary for the proper operation of the system.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of four liquid chromatographs with a tandem mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS) together with instrumentation and software for the Provincial Veterinary Inspectorates, listed in Chapter I of the SWZ.

2. The subject of the contract includes the execution of delivery, installation with bringing and commissioning, while providing all consumables necessary for the proper operation of the system.

3. As a result of the proceedings, contracts will be concluded for each Provincial Veterinary Inspectorate separately, in accordance with the Designed Agreement provisions of Annex 2 to the SWZ.

4. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor, as part of the performance of the contract, by 16.12.2022, deliver, import, install and commission the LC-MS/MS set with instrumentation and software.

5. The Contractor is obliged to conduct two trainings in the field of operation and operation of the LC-MS/MS set for 5 employees of the Ordering Party within 12 months from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol of the LC-MS/MS set, including the first training within a month, and the second within 12 months from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol of the LC-MS/MS set - each training lasting a minimum of 3 days at the place of operation of the LC-MS/MS set.
