1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment, i.e.:

PART I: 3D printer – 1 piece

PART II: computer for 3D printer – 1 piece

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.

4. The Contractor shall be obliged to:

- transport of the delivered equipment to the ordering party's building in the city of Kielce;

- bringing the supplied equipment to the rooms indicated by the ordering party;

- providing warranty service during the warranty period at the place of use of the equipment, on the terms set out in the contract and the warranty card.
