This procedure concerns a framework agreement in which the City of Hamont-Achel intends to launch a number of Spatial Implementation Plans over a period of time.

Within the framework of this framework agreement, one contractor will be selected who will be asked per partial assignment to draw up a detailed price offer for this. This on the basis of the same conditions (award criteria) as stipulated in these specifications but further specified and supplemented tailored to a partial contract. The duration of the framework agreement is initially one year, 3x renewable by one year.
