1. Object of the order
1) The subject of the contract is the successive export of sewage sludge from the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Otwock, Kraszewskiego Street 1, 05-400 Otwock.
2) The Contractor shall be obliged to use sewage sludge, by which means the loading on transport means (cars) at the disposal of the contractor for the period of execution of the order directly from under the feeder, transport to recovery or processing sites and recovering or processing pursuant to the requirements of the Waste Act of December 14, 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779).

3) The sediments covered by the contract are derived from the biological process of treatment of wastewater at the Otwock treatment plant. These deposits are stabilized by methane fermentation process,
and then dehydrated mechanically.
(a) Waste code (stabilized municipal sewage sludge) - 19 08 05,
(b) Quantity of sewage sludge for successive export —18 -30 Mg/d (approx. 7,000 Mg/year),
c) The content of dry matter in the sludge - 20 - 25%,
4) Sludges generated at the wastewater treatment plant in Otwock are subject to testing with frequency in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 6 February 2015 on municipal sewage sludge (OJ 2015, item 257). The Contracting Authority shall have reports on sewage sludge tests.
5) The Contracting Authority, under the subject matter of this order, plans to fulfil min. 80% above the indicated values and the Contractor will not make any claims to the Contracting Authority,
6) The Contractor is obliged to provide a detailed description of the recovery or processing method, taking into account data for the assessment of compliance with applicable law. The above shall be verified on the basis of the decisions presented by the Contractor.
7. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order shall be determined by the Technical Specification constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ,

9. The Contractor for the period of execution of the contract must have vehicles intended to export sludge from the site of the Wastewater Purification Plant in Otwock in the quantity necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract.
2. Requirements related to the execution of the contract concerning employment by the Contractor or the Subcontractor of persons on the basis of the employment relationship (Article 95 Public Procurement Law)
1) The Contractor undertakes to employ on the contract of employment of all persons who, in the course of the performance of the contract, perform the contracts indicated by the Contracting Authority, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 (1) Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code, i.e. persons/persons carrying out activities involving the transport of sewage sludge.
The Contractor shall oblige the subcontractor to the employment contract of all persons who, in the course of the execution of the contract subject, perform the performance of the contract indicated by the Contracting Authority, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in the manner laid down in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code.
16. Information on the Contractor's conduct of a local vision or verification by him of the documents necessary for the execution of the contract referred to in Article 131 (2) of the Law Pzp
The Contracting Authority shall inform that it provides for the obligation to carry out the local vision by the Contractors before submitting an offer. The lack of local vision will result in the rejection of the offer under Article 226 (1) (18) of the Pzp Act. The date of vision is set at 03.11.2021r 9:00 - 14:00 at the site of the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Otwock, 1 Kraszewskiego Street, 05-400 Otwock.
7. Procurement referred to in Article 388 (2) (c) of the Law of Public Procurement
The Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 388 (2) (c) of the Law Pzp.
The subject of the contract will be work to replicate similar services included in the basic contract to 50% of the basic contract. These contracts shall be awarded under the conditions laid down during the Contractor's negotiations with the Contractor.
