The subject of the order is the delivery of technological equipment and racks specified in Annex 1 to SWZ — Detailed description of the object of the order.The order includes 4 separate parts of the order (Packages). The Contractor may submit a bid for one or more parts of the Order/Packages (up to 4).

As part of each of the parts of the order/each of the Packages, the Contractor shall be obliged to deliver the complete object of the order and its assembly within the dates specified separately for each part of the Order/Package. The timing of the order in terms of individual parts/packages are specified in the provisions of Chapter I, paragraph 6 of SWZ, in points 1 to 4 of SWZ.

A detailed description of the object of the order is included in the contents of Annex 1 to the SWZ.

Package No. 1 - Industrial freezer shelves - 24 freezer shelves, including 20 sliding with crank mechanism, with locks and a description board.

Shelves made of steel, powder coated.

Specification:

1) Two (2) fixed racks each consisting of six modules housing shelves 100 cm (± 1 cm) long and 45 cm deep.

2) Ten (10) racks connected in double strings with access on two sides, each consisting of five modules housing shelves of 100 cm (± 1 cm) and a depth of 45 cm.

3) Two (2) stationary racks each consisting of six modules 100 cm (± 1 cm) long with a depth of 50 cm.

4) Ten (10) racks connected in double strings with access on two sides, each consisting of five modules housing shelves 100 cm (± 1 cm) long and 50 cm deep.

Specifications of the products indicated in points 1) to (4) Procurement Specifications for Package No 1:

- maximum height of racks — 260 cm,

- minimum service length of stationary racks (point 1 and 3) — 600cm (maximum total length - 625cm),

− minimum length of the sliding racks (2 and 4) — 500cm (maximum total length — 525cm) — the rear of the sliding racks should be space from the wall 30-35 cm,

- minimum amount of shelf levels: 9 + 1 level roofing shelf;

- minimum gap (clearance) between shelves — 22cm,

- carrying capacity of at least 80 kg/shelf,

− rack construction made in a cross-concentration system, side walls made of sheet metal,

- galvanized and powder-painted shelving design in ashen colour (paint resistant to external conditions) — designed for cold storage with a constant temperature of minus 20 degrees Celsius and low humidity,

−surface rails anchored with flooring, galvanized.

Additional requirements:

(a) Each two locked sliding racks should have a crank mechanism, a lock and a descriptive table for placing a label not less than A5 format and not more than A4 format.

(b) Desktop racks should have a descriptive array of not less than A5 format and not more than A4 format.

(c) The racks must have an EC declaration of conformity drawn up by the manufacturer or his authorised representative and must be marked with the corresponding CE indications.

(d) The shelves must have a safety certificate, a PZH hygiene certificate, and an ITB fire classification.

The Contracting Authority requires that the Supplier have an implemented quality management system that complies with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard or equivalent standard.

Package no. 2 - Fruit fermentation bath - 1 pc

Specification:

• stainless steel construction with adjustable legs and drain cutters,

• minimum dimensions (W x L x H) 1000 x 1300 x 900 mm,

• minimum capacity of 200 liters,

• made of stainless steel 1.4307 or ASIS 304L,

• bathtub equipped with a basket of dimensions not less than (W x L x H) 1000 x 1000 x 700 mm, with a sheet sieve of not less than 2 mm thick with holes measuring 25x4 mm and a distance between holes up to 3 mm,

• adjustable legs, trigger cutters.

Additional requirements:

The Contracting Authority requires that the Supplier have an implemented quality management system that complies with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard or equivalent standard.

Device — Fruit fermentation bath must have an EC declaration of conformity drawn up by the manufacturer or his authorised representative and must be marked with the relevant CE indications.

Package No. 3 - Chamber Drying Room - 1 pc

Specification - minimum technical requirements:

1) Cubature of the dryer chamber not less than: 14 m3;

2) External dimensions of the dryer chamber:

• width - not more than: 2000 mm,

• height - not more than: 2100 mm,

• length - not more than: 4250 mm;

3) Material for the construction of the chamber:

• 100mm sandwich plate/composite plate,

• Interior — AISI 304 stainless steel or better;

4) The parameters of the operation of the dryer chamber regulated in the scope of:

• air temperature 10-20 - C,

• relative humidity of air 10-25%,

• air flow adjustable in the range of at least 10-100 m3/hr,

• dehumidifying capacity of 10 °C in the range of not less than 1 — 5 kg H2O/24 h;

5) Automatic control:

Automation with measurement of at least:

• air temperature

• relative humidity of air,

• duration of the process;

6) Parameters of the following:

• temperature,

• relative humidity of process air,

• air circulation adjustment,

• duration of the process;

7) Control of the drying process:

• intuitive color touch display LCD 4-7",

• automatic control on the basis of algorithms agreed with the Ordering Party,

• remote monitoring and control via LAN, WIFI, GSM,

• SMS notifications: alarms, alerts, working status.

Equipment

A: A dehumidifier using an eco-friendly refrigerant.

B: Control cabinet.

The type of dehumidifier and the control cabinet offered by the Contractor shall ensure that the parameters of the operation of the chamber specified in the minimum technical requirements are obtained.

C: Drying carts made of AISI 304 stainless steel or better — 2 pcs.

Parameters of drying carts:

• length — at least 900 mm,

• width — at least 850 mm,

• height — at least 1800 mm.

• number of levels with shelves — 15,

• number of shelves per level — 2.

D: Drying trays made of AISI 304 stainless steel or better - 60 pcs. :

• sheet with a thickness of at least 1 mm,

• perforation -round holes with a diameter of 2 mm, the distance between holes 3 mm

• relative clearance of at least 40%,

• number of trays for 2 bogies — 60.

ADDITIONAL IFORMATIONS:

Dimensions of the room in which the dryer chamber will be placed:

• width 4470 mm,

• height 3500 mm,

• length 5760 mm.

Parameters of the work of the room are adjusted in terms of:

• air temperature 15-20 - C,

• relative humidity of air 15-25%,

The chamber and room air distribution system should be an integrated system consisting of the use of air worked from the dryer compartment to maintain the required parameters in the room.

Additional requirements:

• Two separate desiccation systems working alternately during one drying cycle.

• Possibility to use the heat produced during the drying process to heat water.

• Possibility to use waste heat as well as power supply from photovoltaic panels.

• the capacity of the vacuum pump minimum 60 m3/h,

• length of the welding bar minimum 2x500 mm,

• chamber with minimum dimensions of 500x500x200 mm,

• power supply (V) 400,

• Cut-off strip,

• the possibility of packaging in gas,

• vacuum sensor,

• evaporation point sensor

• Advanced control with LCD screen.

Device — vacuum packer must have an EC declaration of conformity drawn up by the manufacturer or his authorised representative confirming compliance with the following Directives:
