Planning of the development facilities for the residential area B-Plan No. 23 "Schönberg Lindenstraße" in 23923 Schönberg
Basis: HOAI, service profiles:
• Object planning of civil engineering structures, work phases 3-9 according to § 43 HOAI 2021
• Project planning of traffic facilities including sidewalk lighting, service phases 1-9 according to § 47 HOAI 2021
• Object planning for outdoor facilities, service phases 1-9 in accordance with § 39 HOAI 2021
With these documents, all planning services for the purpose of developing the residential area according to development plan no. 23 "Schönberg Lindenstraße" in 23923 Schönberg are put out to tender. The area is located north of the old town and south of Dassower Straße on an arable land partially surrounded by residential buildings. The area is divided into 2 construction phases. However, only the planning for the first construction phase is put out to tender.
Planning services are to be offered, specifically the
- engineering structures LPH 3-9 for the construction of supply and disposal pipelines,
- the traffic facilities LPH 1-9 for road construction, including sidewalk lighting, and
- the open spaces LP 1-9 including the implementation of possible ecological compensation and replacement measures within or, if necessary, outside the planning area, including the special service of local construction supervision and the additional coordination service in accordance with HOAI 2021.
The contract is awarded as an overall contract. The assignment takes place in stages.
