Consultation on the supply and installation of several sections of the district heating network planned on the territory of the city of Thonon-les-Bains operated by DALKIA.

The services will include network design studies (execution studies, flexibility calculation notes, etc.), the construction of trenches, the supply of the constituent elements of the network in pre-insulated tubes (including the associated equipment), the operations of laying and welding these elements, sleeving, testing, backfilling trenches and temporary or final repairs.

The framework agreement will consist of several tranches:- Firm tranche: section with an estimated length of 11 km from DN40 to DN250 approximately- Optional tranches: network branches and subscriber connection identified at the consultation stage from DN40 to DN150 approximatelyThe firm tranche and the optional tranches above have been estimated at 14 million euros.- Optional tranche: work not identified to date on the basis of a points slip. This work is estimated at 4 million eurosThe framework agreement is concluded without minimum and for a maximum of 18 million euros euros all tranches combined It does not confer exclusivity on the holder on the needs of the contracting entity. As an option, Dalkia will be able to supply certain equipment.
