The property is part of the departmental assets of the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks. It is a construction project that serves the purposes of national defense. A building document is to be set up for the small construction project.

The new lecture hall building is to be built as a replacement building at the same location of the existing building 108. The demolition of the existing building is part of the measure.

New building program area: NUF 889 m2, GFA 1525 m2.

Space requirements: 4 teaching halls of 110 m2, 3 teaching halls of 60 m2, 1 classroom 140 m2 and 5 teaching room.

Eligible costs: KG 200: €401,850 gross, KG 300 €2,959,000 gross, KG 400 €1,856,496 gross and KG 619 4,575 euros, cost status III/2020

Construction period: 08/2023 to 08/2026.

Scope of services: LST 1 (lph. 3 and 4), optionally LST 2. 3 and 4 (lph. 5-8)

The difficulty of the planning requirements is estimated to be average for the time being.

According to VgV 2016, the planning is awarded via a negotiated procedure with participation competition. The applicant who expects the best possible solution to the task on the basis of his offer, receives the order. According to HOAI 2021 Sections 33-37, the planner to be commissioned must first provide service phases 3 and 4. The capacities required to guarantee the target dates must be available. The other performance levels are to be assigned in stages, but are reserved and will be provided by written notification. The currently valid rbBAu is to be observed.
