The purpose of this contract is to carry out a study on the use of the quality data of the Artois-Picardie water agency over long chronicles in the form of various deliverables. Indeed, with an increasingly ambitious assessment of water quality and calculation rules that aggregate the results (example of the one-out-all-out rule), it becomes difficult to observe the progress made in a context of global change.
