Rental supply of n. 22 digital electronic equipment for the detection of infringements pursuant to art. 142 and 146 of the current highway code at a fixed and permanent location without the obligation of immediate dispute, for a period of 3 years starting from the date of testing, renewable for a further 3 years.

The contract includes all the services connected to the rental and the further activities necessary for the exact fulfillment of the contract, such as, by way of example and not exhaustive:

- equipment installation and maintenance,

- staff training and assistance in the use of the equipment and software necessary for their management,

- the supply of the hardware and software equipment necessary for the use of the system.

All as specified and detailed in the Special Tender Specifications.

The Province will pay the contractor a monthly rental fee of EUR 1 200.00 (excluding VAT), for a total of EUR 950 400.00 (VAT excluded ), for three years of contractual duration.

The aforementioned fee is to be considered inclusive of labor, material and any other charges and services, however named, as specified in the Special Tender Specifications.

The estimated cost of labor is EUR 190 000.00 (20%).

The amount of interference charges is EUR 0.00.
