PPS Ltd is required to tender for the collection and disposal of the street sweepings and gully waste and wishes to appoint a single Contractor to partner in a 3+1 year framework agreement, for the collection, treatment and disposal of the residual waste. To carry out pre-treatment and recovery / disposal of the waste with the purpose of extracting recyclables and continuing to reduce the amount of waste destined for landfill disposal.
