The existing buildings in Kanadaring 63-65, 67-67, 71-73 and 75-77 in the “Kanadaring” area from 1954 will be rebuilt and renovated in a partially inhabited state (one half of the house with 6 residential units will remain occupied each) and renovated as part of the “Social City” funding program. These are class 3 buildings with 3 floors, full basement, attic floor not expanded.

K63-65 12 WE - living space approx. 869m 2

K67-69 12 WE - living space approx. 1,200m 2

K71-73 12 WE - living space approx. 858m 2

K75-77 12 WE - living space approx. 1,203m 2

The implementation of the measure is planned as follows in two construction phases (BAI and BA II):

BA I: 2023- Renovation of buildings K71-73 and K75-77

BA II: 2024- Renovation of buildings K63-65 and K67-69

The benefits for the year 2024/ BA II will be advertised separately. The present tender concerns the construction phase BA I in 2023.

The advertised services for the above-mentioned buildings are mainly about renovations of the outer shell of the buildings. The services advertised hereby relate to services relating to metal construction work. Offers can be made for 1 lot or for both lots.
