DIN 18340 drywall

Non-load-bearing walls are usually provided from plasterboard metal stud walls that are double-planked on both sides. Plasterboard metal stud walls are produced in different versions, some with separate frame structures, always with a sliding ceiling connection. The stand is dimensioned depending on the wall height. Every plasterboard wall construction receives a mineral wool insert. In wet areas, impregnated plasterboard sheets are provided. Separate column structures are separated by a 5 mm soft resilient intermediate layer. Plasterboard installation walls and facing shells are also produced. As a rule, plasterboard partitions between the hallway and the office on the upper floors are routed from the hollow floor to the bottom edge of the ceiling plaster. The partition walls between the individual offices are also placed on the hollow floor and are connected to the rough ceiling. Partition walls with increased sound insulation are always on the rough floor. On the ground floor, the plasterboard walls stand on the rough floor and connect to the unfinished ceiling. Non-load-bearing mounting walls are provided with the surface Q2. The corridors of the high-rise building receive a fold-down metal grid ceiling with plasterboard frieze, F30 on the ground floor, F0 quality on the upper floors, the GK friezes are given a dispersion paint. Plasterboard suspended ceilings are planned in the following rooms (ground floor to 12th floor):

- sanitary

- Visitor Center meeting rooms

- reception rooms

- elevator foyers

- registries

- storage

- other ancillary rooms (except technology)

The passage of the economic driveway is provided with clothing made of cement-bonded drywall sheets on the underside.

The ceiling in the corridors 1st floor to 12th floor is suspended with a hinged metal grid ceiling with plasterboard frieze and F0 requirement. The wind screen and personnel control rooms receive an acoustically effective perforated plasterboard suspended ceiling. All other rooms in the control building are fitted with plasterboard drop ceilings F0. With regard to the surface quality of the drywall performance Q3 listed in the detailed drawings enclosed in the tender documents, it should be borne in mind that the drywall trade produces the surface quality Q2. The final surface quality Q3 is produced by the painter trade.

DIN 18355 Joinery - wooden doors

All control door elements in office areas, sanitary, storage and technical rooms are interior door elements with a steel frame and wooden door leaf. These met the requirements of fire protection, sound insulation and operational requirements.

DIN 18360 Metallbauarbeiten - Sheet steel doors

The corridor section doors of the individual compartments in the upper floors are provided as sheet steel doors in accordance with the requirements of fire protection. As doors that are open during operation, they receive a locking system with connection to the BMA. The opened door leaves are located in wall recesses provided for this purpose.
