Reception and zoning 20 02 01/2021

1. The Contracting Authority contracts and the Contractor accepts for the performance of the waste collection and management service code 20 02 01 — biodegradable waste collected at the site of the Works/Installations managed by the Contracting Authority in an estimated quantity of 8 250 Mg/5 months.

2. The waste subject to the contract will be collected and then developed on the premises of the plant designated by the Contractor in accordance with the applicable law and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Law of 14.12.2012 on Waste.

3. The subject matter of the contract assumes an estimated amount of waste for the acceptance and management of waste from installations managed by the Contracting Authority.

The order was divided into the following tasks*:

— Task No 1 Dylan 300 Mg/month;

— Task No 2 Dylan 300 Mg/month;

— Task No 3 Wola Kruszyńska 500 Mg/month;

— task number 4 Wola Kruszyńska 500 Mg/month;

— task number 5 Bełchatów 50 Mg/month.

Dyls

1. The Contracting Authority contracts and the Contractor accepts for the performance of the waste collection and management service code 20 02 01 — biodegradable waste collected at the site of the Works/Installations managed by the Contracting Authority.

2. The waste subject to the contract will be collected and then developed on the premises of the plant designated by the Contractor in accordance with the applicable law and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Law of 14.12.2012 on Waste.

3. The subject matter of the contract assumes an estimated amount of waste for the acceptance and management of waste from installations managed by the Contracting Authority.

Task No 1 Dylan 300 Mg/month.

4. Due to the difficult quantity of waste to be collected, the estimated quantity referred to in paragraph 4 of this Chapter may change. Accordingly, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to limit this quantity by a maximum of 50%. The reduction in the amount of waste in this respect will not make any claims on the part of the Contractor in relation to the Contracting Authority, in particular the payment of remuneration for the unrealized part of the contract and the payment of compensation in connection with the reduction of the estimated quantity. No annex is required in the present situation. The Contracting Authority shall guarantee the Contractor a minimum of 50% of the estimated quantities of waste for collection during the duration of the contract.

5. The Contractor shall ensure supervision of loading activities and shall ensure that the cargo is adequately secured during transport. Along with the driver signing the weight quota (without comments), confirmation of the correct loading occurs. The Contractor undertakes to transport the waste to the destination without causing a road safety hazard or exceeding the permissible weight of vehicles.

6. Scales installed in establishments/installations managed by the Contracting Authority shall have an up-to-date certificate of legalization.

7. Receipt of waste will be carried out on the basis of the arrangements of the Contractor and the Contractor. The Contracting Authority shall authorise the implementation of submissions by e-mail, fax or telephone. Receipt visitation should include information on the intended installation to which the waste is entered, specify the place of business number (MPD), name, BDO No and data of the transporter, indicative date of receipt, vehicle registration number and name of the driver or possibly other data necessary for proper maintenance of waste records, including issuing and confirming waste transfer cards in the BDO system.
