technical, urban, landscape and environmental project management mission for the development of the sector called "Pointe de Chessy" in the ZAC of the Urban Center of Val d'Europe - municipalities of Chessy and Serris.La basic mission is composed of the following elements:- preliminary design studies (Avp) or updating of the AVP; - project studies (Pro) or updating of the PRO; - assistance in the award of works contracts (Act); - vISA of the implementing documents; - direction of the execution of works (Det); - assistance during acceptance operations and during the guarantee of perfect completion (Aor) including monitoring of the periods of completion and reinforcement of the plantations.complementary missions:- application and follow-up of the SOE approach; - mission of accompaniment of the contracting authority for the works near the networks / concessionaire coordination; The following additional transversal missions are also requested: - production of batch sheets; - accompaniment during the period of design and realization of real estate projects; - annual technical and financial follow-up of the ZAC; - coordination and synthesis of the ZAC programme plan; - missions relating to Pso indicators.The expected services are detailed in the special technical clauses (Cctp).
