The current Framework Plan for the nursery school's contents and tasks went to effect in 2006. Based on the White Paper 19 (2015-2016) ‘Time for play and learning’, a new framework plan shall be prepared. This framework plan is expected to be in effect in 2017. A knowledge base is required on how the current framework plan is working as a steering document in the various levels in the nursery school sector.
