Competitive tendering of the electricity sales contract of the City of Hyvinkää Group, as a result of which the margins and terms of the electricity seller are agreed upon. The final invoicing price for electrical energy consists of the seller's margin, profile cost, SYS and EPAD price fixings made as percentages and/or spot shares not fixed, and the volume fee for production and consumption valid during the delivery period of the transmission system operator Fingrid.

The customer buys either electricity produced by a free mode of production or renewable energy of their choice. As a result of the competition, only one (1) contract is made.
