The purpose of this consultation is to set up a framework agreement with order forms for an Urban and Social Project Management Mission (Mous) linked to support the rehousing of NPNRU families. This contract is subject to a relaunch following a declaration without action on grounds of public interest. The specifications have thus been redefined, including the financial documents.
