1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the needs of street lighting and squares, the Municipal Office in Wyszków, municipal organizational units (schools and kindergartens) and other units owned by the Wyszków commune.
2. Projected total energy consumption: 8.07 MWh
Street lighting 4.94 MWh, 5,428 points, a detailed list of energy consumption points is provided in Annex 1, current tariff groups: C 110, C 11;
Municipal Office in Wyszków, communal organizational units (kindergarten schools), other units - 3.13 MWh, 23 pcs, detailed list of collection points is included in Annex 2, current tariff groups: C11, C 21, C 12a, C 22a, C 12b;
Tariff groups within the meaning of art. 3 clause 30 and art. 5 section 3 of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997.
The estimated electricity consumption and the number of energy consumption points specified by the contracting authority is only indicative, it is used to determine the value of the contract and does not constitute an obligation to purchase energy in a similar amount. The total amount of energy and points may change depending on the current needs of the Employer. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for failure to collect the estimated amount of energy by the Employer.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of increasing the consumption points in the event of connecting new facilities to the power grid, changing the tariff group, and increasing the planned consumption of electricity.
The trade fee for all consumption points will be included in the price of active energy.
The contractor ensures the sale of ordered energy throughout the duration of the sales contract, starting from the date of the contract, but not earlier than from the date of effective termination of the existing comprehensive contracts for the sale and distribution of electricity with the previous seller and the successful completion of the supplier change procedure in a continuous and uninterrupted manner for all tapping points indicated by the Employer at the same time, subject to the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2008 No. 30, item 178).
The supply of electricity and the provision of distribution services will take place under the conditions set out in the Energy Law of 10.4.1997. (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 755, as amended) and implementing provisions to this Act.
The contract will be performed by the Contractor concluding contracts for comprehensive energy supply with individual organizational units listed in Annex 2.
Settlements and payments will take place on the basis of current measurement and billing indications according to Rates of fees arising from the Tariff for electricity distribution of the relevant Distribution Operator and the Contractor's Electricity Tariff specified in the offer.
The Employer of the Distribution System (DSO) of the Employer is PGE Dystrybucja SA with its registered office in Lublin Branch Warsaw ul. Marsa 95 in Warsaw.
The Contractor's obligation will also be to obtain relevant documents from DSOs constituting Confirmation of Supplies (if required), as well as to submit DSOs for the implementation of the contract for the sale of electricity and provision of distribution services.
