The object of the order is the construction of a sanitary and water supply network in the area of Świnna Municipality. The purpose of the investment is to allow the disposal of the commercial and economic wastewater from residential buildings and to supply them with water.

1. The object of the order is the construction of a sanitary and water supply system in the territory of the Świnna municipality. The purpose of the investment is to allow the disposal of the commercial and economic wastewater from residential buildings and to supply them with water.

2. The designed sanitary and water supply system covered by the construction project contains documentation: “Construction of sanitary sewerage and water pipeline in the village of Rychwałdek”.

3. In addition to the scope mentioned above, as defined in the design documentation, the Contractor shall take into account and execute the drainage and water supply connections not included in the Contract Pricing, the Contractor shall take into account and execute the sewer and water supply connections to 200 buildings on the plots to which the network is brought according to the documentation “Construction of sanitary sewerage and water pipeline in the village of Rychwałdek”.

4. For the above attachments, the Contractor shall develop formal-legal, technical documentation and necessary arrangements and shall execute the abovementioned connections on materials consistent with this Contract

5. The implementation of sewer connectors will enable the collection of commercial and economic wastewater and discharge them to the existing sewer system and upgraded wastewater treatment plant in Żyviec. Making water connectors will allow the buildings to be fed into water.
