The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover the Contracting Authority's needs for profiling and foiling of vehicles, trailers and other means of transport, primarily for use by the Norwegian Civil Defence. The framework agreement will be temporarily signed for all of DSB's activities and vehicles.

The Norwegian civil Defence is located all over Norway. The contest is divided into lots, and tenders can be submitted for one or more lots. All lots are evaluated separately. Tenderers must have a network with at least one supplier/subcontractor in each county.

The lots covered by the tender offer must be specified in the Offer Letter Template (structured document).

A framework agreement will be signed with one or more tenderers, based on a separate evaluation for each individual lot, cf. point 5 Award criteria and evaluation of offers.
