The offer relates to the delivery of ad drawing, layout, printing, addressing and distribution of the magazine "Dit Blad" to Aalborg Municipality.

The offer relates to the delivery of advertisement drawing, layout, printing, addressing and distribution of the magazine "Your Blad" to the Municipality of Aalborg (hereafter referred to as the Contracting Authority).

The client is responsible for all editorial content. That is, articles, photos, permanent info pages and internal ads. Internal ads are understood to mean information from the Municipality of Aalborg listed as ads. These services are thus not part of the job offered.

The services provided are used only by the Elderly and Disability Administration. The offer thus does not include other administrations.

The edition of the magazine "Your Blad" is 36 000 copies per. publishing with a page count of 44 pages, incl. front-and backside. The tenderer must accept a deviation in the number of magazines per item within the prices offered in "Contract Appendix B, Offer Schedule". +/- 10% release from 36,000 during the contract period.

The magazine is published 4 times a year: the beginning of January, the beginning of April, the beginning of July and the beginning of October. Exact release schedule is prepared in collaboration with winning bidder.

The first release under the new contract is expected to be in early January 2020.

The task offered has a budgetary limit of DKK 500,000 annually, excl. VAT. Tenders that exceed the budget limit when completing “Contract Appendix B, Tender Form” will be considered non-conditional and will therefore not be considered.

The call for tenders is negotiated by the following procedure:

1) The client submits a meeting agenda prior to the negotiation meeting;

2) Along with the agenda follows a brief note on the assessment of the initial offer. The memorandum contains an assessment of relevant improvement opportunities in the initial offer, including an indication of how the offered price is in relation to other offered prices, as well as any identified conditions that the Contracting Authority considers as a reservation for the content of the tender material.

(a) Reservations mean descriptions that may or must lead to unconditionality if the reservation is re-stated in the final offer.

3) The tenderer will be given the opportunity to comment on the different views of conditions stated in the memorandum submitted. The tenderer will, in the same deal, have the opportunity to bid with so-called "cost drivers" and valid ideas which the tenderer would like to discuss and which they believe are expensive or inappropriate for the contract offered.

It is expected that one (1) negotiation meeting will be held. Offeror.

The contracting entity points out that:

- Only the content of the final offer will be used in evaluating the offer and thus the basis for the award,

- The negotiation will not concern basic requirements, cf. 2. The criteria for allocation and their weighting must remain stable throughout the tendering procedure and therefore they will not be the subject of the negotiation;

- The contracting entity does not pay for participation in the tender, including the negotiation process,

- The client documents the entire process in the form of minutes.

All conditions, including any changes to the content of the tender documents, will be given at the same time.

The oral hearing will be conducted in Danish.

The contracting entity will not award the contract based on the initial offer.
