The scope of the contract includes:
Delivery of signs, signage elements, road safety devices.
The order includes the delivery of vertical markings and road safety equipment to the headquarters of the Provincial Roads District in Włodawa, Lubelska 60, 22-200 Włodawa in accordance with the following description of the order:
1) Signs and road plates should be made of fire-galvanized steel sheet with a thickness of 1.25 mm.
2) The posts for the marks should be made of steel pipe (outer diameter 60 mm) galvanized, a minimum wall thickness of 2.9 - 3.2 mm with welded anchors at the bottom of the post and equipped with a plastic overlay to protect against water getting into its interior. The Contracting Authority shall allow the use of posts with unwelded anchors in exchange for anchors placed in the holes of the lower part of the post.
3) There should be a feature on the sign (back part) specifying the shelf life of maintaining the reflectivity of the film.
4) Profiles for mounting grips located in the back of the character disc.
5) The back of signs and road plates secured with gray paint, not reflective.
6) The edges of signs and road plates must be double-bent.
7) All signs and signs must be equipped with a set of fasteners (the cost of handles should be included in the marking price).
8) Warranty for applied reflective films for road signs: min. 7-year period of retention of reflectivity of type 1 film, 10-year period of retention of reflectivity of type 2 film, and sign shield guarantee: min. 7 years.
9) The warranty for road safety equipment shall be min. 24 months (warranty does not include mechanical damage) or in accordance with the complex offer.
10) The durability of the U-1a and U-1b guide posts is guaranteed to min. 24 months from the date of delivery (warranty does not cover mechanical damage) or in accordance with the submitted offer.
11) Road signs, sign signs signs and guide posts should be clean, smooth, lacking scratches, blisters and recesses.
12) Delivery must be made in an assortment and quantity consistent with the price form.
13) All signs, sign plates, guide posts U-1a and U-1b and road safety devices shall be carried out in accordance with:
a) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 3 July 2003 on detailed technical conditions for road signs and signals and road safety devices and conditions for their placement on roads (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 2311).
(14) All road safety signs and devices must be manufactured in 2023 and marked with a production date.
(a) This does not apply to reflective elements for cast iron sheaths, in white, red and in colour, the date of manufacture of which may be before 2023.
