Delivery of six factory new MAXI electric powered city buses with charging infrastructure

1. The object of the order is:

1) supply of six factory new electric powered MAXI city buses;

2) design, delivery, assembly and all construction work including the commissioning of a team of three two-bay loaders in the bus depot at

36 Transport Street in Kobylnica together with energy supply infrastructure for the charging system;

3) design, delivery, assembly and all construction work including the launch of one two-station fast charging loader with two pantographs in the bus loop area at Battle Warszawska 1 Street in Slupsk together with the power supply infrastructure for the charging system;

4) provide access to the remote monitoring system of charging stations of electric buses;

5) the performance of a vision monitoring system recording the work of pantographs and the entire rapid charging devices in the region of the bus loop;

6) guarantee for purchased buses and infrastructure;

7) provide post-warranty service on delivered buses and equipment;

8) granting the Contracting Party limited authorization for at least: engine and battery system operation and warranty repair systems of suspension, driving, pneumatic, brake, steering, cooling and other systems not directly related to the energy storage electric in purchased vehicles;

9) equipping the Contracting Authority's workshop at no additional charge with a set of diagnostic equipment necessary for servicing delivered buses and specialized tools for repairs and services listed in Annex No 1 to SWZ.

10) training the employees of the Ordering Party.

Detailed formal, technical requirements, equipment, warranty and service conditions for electric buses are described in Annex 1 to SWZ. The buses provided by the Contractor must comply with the requirements described in this annex.

Detailed formal, technical requirements, warranty and service conditions for infrastructure for charging buses with power infrastructure (power connectors SN, TRAFO SN/NN stations, switchgear, power cables) and charging station monitoring system for electric buses (city, depot) are described in Annex 2 to the SWZ and the Functional and Utilities Programme annex 3 to the SWZ.

Furthermore, the Contracting Authority stipulates that, pursuant to Article 393 (1) (4) of the PZP, rejects the Contractor's offer in which products originating in the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries against which The provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU used for the construction of buses not exceeding 50% shall apply by Council Decision.

The Contractor shall submit a draft contract limited internal authorization to the Contractor before signing a contract of delivery and prior to the signing of the delivery contract, which shall not contradict this specification or the contract concluded.

In the event of non-compliance of the authorization agreement with the specification or delivery agreement, the relevant provisions about/in the documents shall apply. No submission of this agreement by the Contractor will be the basis for the refusal to enter into a public procurement contract.

The Contracting Authority shall inform that the proceedings will apply the so-called reverse procedure referred to in Article 139 of the PZP. Information on how to submit a tender in the reverse procedure, see Chapter XV of SWZ - Description of how to prepare tenders.
