1. Subject of the contract Delivery of medicinal products for the provision of oncology services – drug programs. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts/Packages, each of which is a separate subject of the contract:

3. The subject and conditions of this order must comply with the Act of 6 September 2001 Pharmaceutical Law and other applicable legal regulations in this respect.
4. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the PPL.
5. The subject of the order has been quantified based on portions such as: tubes, ampoule bottles, vials, tablets, etc. The Contractor shall present medicinal products whose packaging does not exceed 100 pcs. and medicinal products, the so-called hospital packaging – pitches, are excluded from the valuation.
