Carrying out the development work on Place Mounier as part of the development of public spaces, located in the ZAC Lyon Confluence 2nd phase. The works are divided into 4 lots, handled by separate contracts, namely:Lot 1 - preparatory works, Roads and Miscellaneous NetworksLot 2 - Public lightingLot 3 - green spaces and custom-made furnitureLot 4 - urban fresco of 720 square metres on a public space in printed porcelain stoneware

Lot 1: Preparatory works - Roads Miscellaneous networks comprises:- demolition and earthworks - removal work of furniture / curbs - cladding (excluding frescoes) including formation of form layers - installation of curbs - wet and dry networks - street furniture - vertical and horizontal signage - traffic light signalling

Lot 2: Public lighting / electricity comprises:- consignment and removal of existing equipment- electrical wiring- supply and installation of lighting equipment- connection and testing

Lot 3: Green Spaces / Furniture includes:- supply and implementation of topsoil for planting and grassing- supply and planting of plants- maintenance and guarantee of planting- Furniture

Lot 4: Printed Porcelain stoneware fresco includes:- Printed Ceram stoneware fresco cladding including concrete slab
