The purpose of this consultation is to carry out project management missions for the development and accessibility of the pedestrian route of metro line 13 in front of the Stade de France (93).

The project management missions covered by this contract are as follows:

- Preliminary design studies (AVP) for the footbridge, the forecourt of the Lock and the PRM ramp;

- Project (Pro) for the footbridge, the forecourt of the Lock and the PRM ramp;

- Assistance with the award of the works contract (ACT) for the footbridge, the forecourt of the Lock and the PRM ramp;

- Visa for execution and summary studies (VISA) for the footbridge, the forecourt of the Lock and the PMR ramp;

- Department of works execution (DET) for the footbridge, the forecourt of the Lock and the PRM ramp;

- Assistance with reception operations and during the perfect completion guarantee (AOR) for the gangway, the forecourt of the Lock and the PRM ramp.

The work relates to the replacement and repair of existing paths (forecourt, stairs, footbridge, etc.) and the construction of an engineering structure (ramp type with connection to an existing structure). The financial envelope for the works is estimated at EUR 4,100,000 excluding tax (C0).
