The purpose of this consultation is the manufacture, acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty of one (1) prototype version humanoid robot and one (1) final version humanoid robot on behalf of LAAS-CNRS (UPR8001), according to the technical specifications defined in the special technical specifications (CCTP) n°23072. The market is sliced. The contract is being executed on behalf of LAAS-CNRS and is part of the Technological Infrastructure for Robotics Research of Excellence (AMI EquipEx+) project.

The purpose of this contract is the manufacture, acquisition, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and warranty of one (1) prototype version humanoid robot and one (1) final version humanoid robot on behalf of LAAS-CNRS.

The contract is divided into tranches in accordance with Articles R2113-4 to R2113-6 of the French Public Procurement Code as follows:

- Firm tranche: Manufacturing, acquisition, delivery, commissioning, training, warranty of one (1) prototype humanoid robot and one (1) final version humanoid robot

- Optional tranche 1: Extended warranty for the humanoid robot – final version with a duration of one year tacitly renewable twice for a period of one year

- Optional tranche 2: One-year maintenance contract for the humanoid robot – final version for a period of one year tacitly renewable three times per one-year period.

As part of the firm tranche, the contract provides for the implementation of a progress plan.
