ROVA is committed to a clean, safe and sustainable living environment. On the basis of a service agreement, ROVA takes care of the mowing work on verges and ditches in the public space in the municipality of Zwolle. Thanks to a systematic approach, ROVA takes care of the mowing of (ecological) verges and ditches in an efficient and effective way. Some of the work is carried out by ROVA in-house and some of the work is marketed (outsourced).

Experience shows that the annual mowing work of the part to be tendered has a contract value of approximately EUR 150,000 excluding VAT. Turnover guarantees do not apply.

- Area: the municipality of Zwolle owns roadsides and ditches within its municipal boundaries. ROVA maintains approximately 48,500 acres of roadsides and 185 km of ditches. A large part of this maintenance ROVA itself, but other market parties also carry out work. The contractor to be contracted in this agreement will maintain approximately 20% of the aforementioned area in the south-eastern part of the municipality of Zwolle.
