As part of this contract, the P.A. wishes to strengthen social cohesion and sustainable development by carrying out a
effort to integrate disabled or disadvantaged workers through subcontracting.
Versailles Phase I et IIRenovation work, insulation of the exterior envelopes, installation of a ventilation system and renovation of certain architectural and interior technical components of the buildings composing the complexes C45 – Versailles Phase I and C46 – Versailles Phase II.
The work also concerns asbestos removal (introduction of an asbestos removal declaration or an environmental permit with Brussels Environment) and incorporates the principles of the circular economy (delicate dismantling for ex situ reuse).
