The purpose of this consultation is to set up an administrative and payroll management solution that will inter alia interface with the solutions used for time management and talent management. The solution must be provided in SAAS mode in accordance with the needs expressed by Action Logement. The goal is to go into production between 1.1.2021 and 1.6.2021. This is the implementation of a solution on the scope of about 3,500 employees currently. Single-award framework agreement, with purchase orders and subsequent contracts, with no minimum or maximum.
