1) wheat and rye bread - with a weight of 350g, cut, packed in foil, provided with a label with the expiration date - shelf life of not less than 3 days, information about the name of the food (composition), the name and address of the manufacturer and weight, delivered 6 times a week from Monday to Saturday, except for public holidays, in quantities according to the needs of the ordering party. The order for the delivery volume is made by phone, fax or in electronic form for the next day. Delivery of bread by transport of the contractor and at his expense, from 8:00 to 12:00. 2) wheat bread - weighing 350g, sliced, packed in foil, provided with a label with the expiration date - shelf life of not less than 3 days, information about the name of the food (composition), name and address of the manufacturer and weight, delivered 6 times a week from Monday to Saturday, except for public holidays, in quantities according to the needs of the ordering party. 3) wholemeal bread - with a weight of 350g, cut, packed in foil, provided with a label with the expiration date - shelf life of not less than 3 days, information about the name of the foodstuff (composition), the name and address of the manufacturer and weight, delivered 6 times a week from Monday to Saturday, except for public holidays, in quantities according to the needs of the ordering party. The order for the delivery volume is made by phone, fax or in electronic form for the next day. Delivery of bread by transport of the contractor and at his expense, from 8:00 to 12:00.
