The scope of works to be carried out includes:

1. Reconstruction of the district heating duct network into a heating network in the technology of pre-insulated pipes, with the laying of duplicates with connections to buildings located at Jaracza Street in Tychy.

2. Construction 7 pcs. individual substations.

The detailed scope of works to be carried out under the subject of the contract has been specified in the design documentation:

"Reconstruction of the district heating network with connections to buildings at Jaracza Street in Tychy", December 2017, developed by: Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowo-Usługowe "TERMODEX" Leszek Ograbisz, Sosnowa 6A, 43-100 Tychy.

"Construction 7 pcs. individual heat substations for the task entitled Liquidation of the group SWC node "O1" in Tychy"; (7 copies of project documentation), August 2022, developed by: Firma Projektowo – Usługowa " HYDROMAX – A " 41-800 Zabrze A. Struga 78.

In the framework of the reconstruction of the heating network, in particular:

(a) preparatory work marking the start of construction, i.e. geodetic delineation of the route of the heating network and development of the construction site,

(b) the order and supply of preinsulated heating fittings and pipes and other materials and equipment necessary for the execution of the object of the contract,

(c) electroresistively welded open or closed shall be used; radiation-crosslinked heat shrink may be used for outer jacket diameters less than or equal to Dz160;

d) installation of a pre-insulated heating network with an alarm installation in accordance with the design documentation and technical specification of execution and acceptance of construction works made of pre-insulated fittings and pipes with thickened insulation with a total length of the heating network ~ 524mb

e) along the network of pre-insulated heating pipes (scope according to the project) lay a 2xRHDPE DN40/3.7 repeater for data transfer cables according to the "guidelines for the construction of the secondary sewerage network" (Annex 6 to the SWZ), with a leak and patency test and perform a detailed as-built assembly diagram with geodetic measurement,

f) examination of all (100% of the quantity) welded joints by visual and radiography method (if it is not possible to use the radiographic method, it is allowed to perform ultrasound, penetration or magnetic-particle tests with the consent of the supervision inspector),

(g) strict post-construction documentation of the alarm installation, i.e. mounting schemes, reflectometric charts, resistance measurements,

h) strict as-built geodetic documentation of the district heating network, i.e. the positions of all welds, the elevations of the terrain, the ordinate tops of the heating pipes and their wheelbase, field sketches with appropriate signs enabling them to be easily combined, geodetic documentation must be carried out on an ongoing basis, as the assembly works of the heating network progress. The nominal diameter of the line pipe and the outside diameter shall be indicated using the designation e.g. 2c600/800 for single pipes, c40+40/180 for double pipes and the symbol 2t40 for secondary sewerage. Two continuous lines shall be used to mark the axes of single pipes; before submitting as-built geodetic documentation to geodetic resources, its acceptance by the Ordering Party should be obtained, dismantled heating networks should be removed from the map in geodetic resources, and decommissioned should be marked as inactive; information about the completed task should also be submitted to the geodesy department in order to include/update data in the geodetic records, the so-called ZUD; The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a clause on positive verification and acceptance of the network to the geodetic resources within 6 months of final acceptance.

i) The Contractor is obliged to obtain the consent of the owner of the land on which he intends to store materials needed for the construction of the network,

j) The Contractor obtains the decision of the Road Manager to occupy the road lane and covers the fees related thereto.

For occupying the road lane managed by MZUiM, in order to carry out works over, under and above ground for purposes not related to the construction, reconstruction, renovation, maintenance and protection of roads, a fee is collected, determined by the Municipal Board of Streets and Bridges 43-100 TYCHY, 59 Budowlanych Street. The remaining description of the subject of the contract in accordance with Annex 3 to the SWZ, in particular point 2.3. points from k) to y) and point 2.7.The scope of works related to the delivery, assembly and commissioning of nodes includes, among others.
