The purpose of the acquisition is the State ICT Centre Valtorin Global Services installation project under the terms laid down in this call for tender and its annexes. All installation sites are located abroad.

The acquisition is driven by the need for new AD servers and related UPS devices, as well as AV/video conferencing hardware so that destinations on different continents will be updated by 10-2023. In the same context, items may also have a need to make other small-scale IT infra upgrades.

The installation project includes installation sites located on different continents, in office/representative spaces, each with a varying number of installable and switchable equipment. The total number of installation items is at least 50 and a maximum of 110.

Each destination includes installable and switchable devices in two categories A) Video and AV devices, and B) Servers and switches, UPSit, etc. devices.

The offer is requested from installation teams (at least 2 teams), which must be agreed with the bidder, which can rotate through the installation sites on each continent so that the time required by the object is worked on each installation site, and then move on to the next installation site on the continent.
