The purpose of this contract is, according to the terms and conditions of these specifications, to conclude a multi-year contract, known as "order form" (framework agreement), for a period of 4 years (48 months) for the supply, during this period, of fire suits consisting of a jacket (inner layer and outer layer) and pants (inner layer and outer layer) for officers carrying out the missions of firefighters. Within the framework of this contract, the contracting authority aims to provide fire suits to new recruits as well as to renew degraded suits.

The number of outfits targeted by this contract is estimated at 600. However, the attention of the tenderers is drawn to the fact that the quantities indicated in these special specifications are presumed quantities. There are therefore no minimum or maximum quantities. These are given for information only without commitment on the part of the contracting authority. The notification of award of the contract to the successful tenderer therefore does not commit the contracting authority to place orders for it for a minimum total amount and the contracting authority reserves the right to adapt its orders to the evolution of its needs.
