Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg issues the use / rental of new multifunctional printing, scanning and copying technology. The scope of the invitation to tender includes the system and equipment rental as well as a full service. The printing systems are to be delivered and operated to various locations of Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg in Berlin and Brandenburg as well as to the locations of the IVZ in Berlin and Cologne.

The contract period is 60 months, with the option of a one-time extension of 12 months.

Planned start of contract is 1.1.2020.

Tender range: approx. 210 printers, 120 multifunctional devices (desktop version) and 150 multifunctional devices (stand-alone version).

The monthly A4 print volume is approximately 545 000 b / w and 170 000 color pages.
